PICKLED HUMMUS
The easy & delicious dip for snacks & bread - WIth a Mrs Elswood twist of course!
Serves: 4-6

5 Spears of Mrs Eslwood Cucumber Spears with Dill

600g Hummus
-
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garnish:

Drizzle of Olive Oil

Chopped Mrs Elswood Cucumber Spears with Dill.

In a blender, combine the hummus, pickled cucumber spears and salt and pepper. Blend to a smooth consistency. If the mixture feels too stiff you can add pickle juice from the jar a tablespoon at a time. ​

Serve in a wide and shallow bowl for easy scooping! decorate the top with a drizzle of good olive oil and chopped pickled cucumber spears!
