Haimisha Gherkins
Our Haimisha Gherkins are made from a traditional Jewish recipe that has been passed down through generations. The word Haimisha comes from the Yiddish word Haimish, meaning familiar and homey.
Ingredients
Cucumbers, water, salt, acetic acid/spirit vinegar, onions, mustard seeds, flavouring, firming agent (calcium chloride), colour (riboflavin).
