Mrs Elswood Cucumber Spears with Dill
300g Streaky Bacon
It is equally delicious with turkey, pork and plant-based bacon.
If you are using plant-based bacon, you may need to use a cocktail stick to keep the vegan bacon in place.
Cheese & Chive Dip
Preheat the oven to gas mark 6, 200°c, fan 180°c. Cover a baking sheet in foil
Wrap each pickle spear in your chosen bacon until you run out of bacon strips. Place them on a baking tray.
Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the bacon is fully cooked. Serve with a dip as an appetiser or by themselves as a side to your main meal.
