• Mrs Elswood Classic Kimchi
• 2 thick slices of sourdough bread
• Grated Cheddar and Gruyere Cheese
• Ham slices – optional

Preparation
1. Assemble the sandwich with 2 thick-cut slices of sourdough bread.
2. Add the ham slices if using, a spoonful of Mrs Elswood Kimchi, and a generous amount of grated cheese.
3. Pop the sandwich under a hot grill or in an air-fryer until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
4. Enjoy!
