These crispy gherkins make an amazing snack or side at your next meal. serve with your favourite dip!
Mrs Elswood Speared Gherkins
1 Tbsp water
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Dried Dill
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
In a bowl whick togehter the eggs, water and soy sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs garlic powder and dill.
Add some flour to a plate. coat each gherkin spear in the flour, followed by egg mixture them into the breadcrumbs.
Place each breaded gherkin into your air-fryer tray. Cook at 200°C for around 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
