Perfect for your next brunch, this recipe is so easy to make! Simply add all the ingredients to a jug and serve!
Large handful of ice
400ml Tomato Juice (you could also use Clamato to turn this into a Bloody Ceaser)
100ml pickle juice - Elswood Burger Gherkin brine
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
fresh cracked black pepper
Tabasco Sauce to taste
juice of half a lemon - use the other half for garnish
1 tsp horseradish
garnish with fresh celery, lemon, burger gherkins and fresh dill
Add the ingredients to a large jug, starting with the ice. Then vodka, pickle juice and tomato juice.
You can add all the other ingredients to taste! We love to go bold with fiery Tabasco and horseradish with a fresh citrus zing of lemon juice.
You can garnish your dill pickle bloody mary in any way you wish, from fresh celery, and dill.
