Ingredients
5 Spears of Mrs Eslwood Cucumber Spears with Dill
600g Hummus
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garnish:
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Chopped Mrs Elswood Cucumber Spears with Dill.

Preparation
In a blender, combine the hummus, pickled cucumber spears and salt and pepper. Blend to a smooth consistency. If the mixture feels too stiff you can add pickle juice from the jar a tablespoon at a time.
Serve in a wide and shallow bowl for easy scooping! decorate the top with a drizzle of good olive oil and chopped pickled cucumber spears!
