About the Recipe

The easy & delicious dip for snacks & bread - With a Mrs Elswood twist of course!


  • 5 Spears of Mrs Eslwood Cucumber Spears with Dill

  • 600g Hummus

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Drizzle of Olive Oil

  • Chopped Mrs Elswood Cucumber Spears with Dill.


  1. In a blender, combine the hummus, pickled cucumber spears and salt and pepper. Blend to a smooth consistency. If the mixture feels too stiff you can add pickle juice from the jar a tablespoon at a time.

  2. Serve in a wide and shallow bowl for easy scooping! decorate the top with a drizzle of good olive oil and chopped pickled cucumber spears!
